What does 'KYC verified' actually mean at VSS?+
It means the account has passed the target platform's identity verification with government-issued ID, matched selfie, and region-consistent metadata. The verification is on file with the platform, not a screenshot.
How fast do you deliver?+
Standard delivery is under thirty minutes and averages around eighteen. Crypto exchange accounts occasionally take up to two hours because of the extra region-matching step.
What payment methods do you accept?+
USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), BTC, ETH, and major cards through our checkout provider. For bulk orders we can arrange wire or invoice.
What is the replacement warranty?+
Most accounts carry a 48-hour like-for-like replacement warranty. Crypto exchange accounts extend to 72 hours. Warranty covers verification failure and platform-side lockouts, not policy violations from your side.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
Yes. Bulk pricing kicks in at five units for social, three units for ads, and custom pricing for anything above ten. Contact us on Telegram for a bespoke quote.
Can I request a specific region or age?+
Absolutely. Add the region and minimum age in the order notes, or message us first. We will confirm availability before you pay.
How do you handle privacy?+
We do not resell customer data and do not require you to submit ID to buy. Orders are indexed by your VSS order number, and chat history on Telegram is retained only for the warranty window.
